Apeiron Labs is built on collecting only what’s necessary. This policy covers our website (apeironlabs.app) and the emails you send us. It does not cover our apps — TetherFree and Apeiron CAD each have their own policy, linked above.

Information we collect

• Standard technical logs. Like almost every website, our hosting and content-delivery provider may automatically record basic technical information — such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested — to deliver the site, keep it secure, and diagnose problems.
• Email correspondence. If you contact us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message.

This site runs no third-party advertising trackers, no third-party analytics, and sets no cookies to follow you around the web. There are no accounts to create and no financial data collected on this website.

How we use this information

• To deliver, operate, and secure the website.
• To read and respond to the messages you send us.
• To diagnose and fix technical problems.

We do not sell your information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not add you to a marketing list.

Who has access to your data

• You — you can ask us at any time what correspondence we hold from you.
• Our website host / CDN — processes standard technical logs only as needed to serve and protect the site.
• Our email provider — carries the messages between you and us.

These providers process information only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer.

Data retention

We keep email correspondence for as long as it’s useful to help you and to keep a record of our conversation, then delete it. Technical logs are kept only for a limited period by our providers.

Your rights

• Access. Ask us what correspondence we hold from you.
• Correction. Ask us to correct it.
• Deletion. Ask us to delete it.

Just email hello@apeironlabs.app. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA (California), GDPR (EEA/UK), or VCDPA (Virginia); we’ll honor those requests.

Children

This website is intended for a general, adult audience and is not directed to children. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children through it.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, and we keep what we collect to a minimum by design. No website can promise perfect security, but collecting little — and staying out of ad networks entirely — is a big part of how we reduce risk.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we’ll change the effective date above and post the new version here.
